Policies for Services

Here at Rx Beauty Room, we strive to provide you with quality service in a timely manner.

Below, you will find our implemented no show, cancellation, and rescheduling policies in order to better utilize available appointments for all clients. 

All new and existing patients to RX BEAUTY ROOM will be required to store a credit or debit card on file.

DEPOSIT is required for ALL appointments at time of booking that is applied to the total cost of service.  All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If the patient fails to give proper notice for rescheduling, cancelling or no shows, the deposit will be forfeited. 

 

Punctuality is required and expected from all clients. Any TARDINESS from the scheduled appointment time is up to Rx Beauty Room's discretion to accommodate. 

All appointments must be RESCHEDULED with a minimum 24-hour notice from the scheduled appointment date & time in order to keep the deposit applicable towards the total cost of service for their new scheduled appointment.

All patients to RX BEAUTY ROOM who need to CANCEL an existing appointment must give a minimum 24-hour notice. If the patient fails to give proper notice for rescheduling, cancelling or no shows, the deposit will be forfeited.

 

If a patient NO-SHOW's to a scheduled appointment without any proper notice per above policies, patient will be subject to a $50 NO SHOW FEE charged to the credit card on file as well as the deposit is forfeited. 

In the event of an actual emergency and prior notice could not be given, consideration may be given at RX BEAUTY ROOM's discretion and a one-time exception may be granted.
